We are proud of our rapid delivery service, which is faster than a greyhound (Disclaimer: May not have been officially tested).

Whether it is a simply a dog food delivery from our Cold Pressed Dog Food with added TurmerAid™ or you are looking for some tasty treats, we will have your order there in no time.

Our dog food delivery service covers all of the UK, so whether you are in Wales, Scotland or England, we can deliver our entire dog food range to you.

Dogs in mainland UK will be happy to know that we normally deliver the next working day if the order is received before 1pm.

Smaller orders and samples are sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service.

 It is important to be aware that delays may occur as a result of weather conditions and during busier peak months. Please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to be delivered.

Doggos in the Scottish Highlands and Islands can expect their delivery to take two to five days longer. 

Our deliveries are packed up and shipped out from Monday to Friday.  We use APC and DPD.

If more than six days have passed since we confirmed your dispatch and your order has not arrived, please contact us via email

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on all orders of 3kg and over, and free on samples. Smaller orders below 3kg are £5.00. The delivery cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Subscriptions

Our subscription service is designed to give you complete flexibility and control, so feeding your dog is always simple and stress-free.

You can easily update delivery frequency to suit your needs, add or remove products at any time, and choose whether items are included as a one-off purchase or as part of your ongoing subscription.

Payment methods can be securely updated whenever required, and all delivery and billing address details can be managed in just a few clicks.

You’ll also have full visibility of your account, allowing you to view past orders, see what’s coming next, and make changes right up until your next dispatch.

Your personal subscription portal can be accessed at any time via the My Account section on our website, giving you one convenient place to manage everything and stay in complete control of your dog’s nutrition every step of the way.
