We are proud of our rapid delivery. This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.

WHERE WE DELIVER

We deliver our full range across the whole of the United Kingdom – England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland – as well as to Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Orders are packed and dispatched from our mill at Dalton Works in Keighley, Monday to Friday.

• Mainland UK: normally next working day for orders received before 1pm.

• Scottish Highlands and Islands: usually two to five days longer.

• Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man: usually two to five days.

• Samples and smaller orders travel by Royal Mail on a 48-hour service.

Please allow up to five working days at busy times of year or in bad weather, when deliveries can take longer than usual. We use APC and DPD for our main deliveries.

WHAT IT COSTS

• Orders of 3kg and over: free delivery.

• Samples: free delivery.

• Smaller orders below 3kg: £5.00.

The delivery cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED

If more than six days have passed since we confirmed your dispatch and your order still has not arrived, please contact us at cobbydog@cobbydog.com or call 01535 681927 and we will chase it up.

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, tell us straight away – our Refund Policy explains what happens next and who pays for any return.
