These terms cover both buying from us and using our website. Please read them before you order.

WHO WE ARE

Cobbydog is a trading name of E & S Feeds Ltd, company number 12370310, registered office Dalton Works, Deal Street, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 4LA. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Cobbydog, and "you" means the person using our website or placing an order.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order, not when you place it.

We may not be able to accept your order if:

• your payment does not clear;

• we have made an error in the price or the product description; or

• we believe the website is not being used responsibly.

We take fraud seriously. If we suspect a card is being used without its owner's permission we will not send the goods, and we reserve the right to refuse any order for that reason.

We accept credit and debit card payments through our secure website or over the phone.

PRICING AND STOCK

We work hard to keep our pricing accurate. The correct price for a product is the one shown on the website at the time we receive your order. If we have made a mistake and charged you more than we should have, we will refund the difference. If the error is obvious and in your favour, we may contact you to confirm the correct price before dispatching, and you are free to cancel instead.

Products are subject to availability. If something you have ordered is out of stock we will let you know and refund you for it.

DELIVERY

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, and separate rights if a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Our Refund Policy explains how returns work and who pays the postage in each case. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

MARKETING EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES

If you have given us permission, we may send you marketing emails and text messages about our products, offers and promotions. Agreeing to receive them is never a condition of buying anything from us.

Message frequency varies, but we would not expect to send more than a small number of marketing messages each month. Your network's standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.

You can stop marketing messages at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text message, or contact us at cobbydog@cobbydog.com or on 01535 681927. Reply HELP to any text message for assistance.

Opting out of marketing does not stop the messages we need to send about an order you have placed, such as confirmations and delivery updates.

USING THIS WEBSITE

The content of this website is for general information and may change without notice.

We take care over the information we publish, but we do not guarantee that everything on the site is accurate, complete or up to date, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for errors or omissions in it. It is your responsibility to check that any product or information meets your particular requirements. If you are unsure whether a product suits your dog, please ask us or your vet.

The design, layout, appearance, text and graphics of this website belong to us or are licensed to us. You may not copy or reproduce them except as permitted by law or with our written permission. Trademarks shown on the site that are not ours are acknowledged as belonging to their owners.

This website sometimes links to other websites. We provide those links for convenience and they do not mean we endorse the site or its contents. We are not responsible for what appears on websites we do not control.

OUR LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law – including our obligations to you as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own country's courts, and the consumer protections of your own country continue to apply to you.
