You may have noticed some changes happening here at Cobbydog…We’ve just upgraded to a brand-new subscription app! After listening to your feedback, we decided to switch to a system that offers greater control, flexibility, and visibility over your Cobbydog subscription.

The core service remains the same: you can still subscribe to any product in the Cobbydog range and choose a delivery frequency from every 10 days to every 6 months. Your pup’s favourite food will continue to be delivered straight to your doorstep exactly when it's needed. Plus, you now have more options to skip deliveries, pause your subscription, or cancel if needed.

With this upgrade, managing your recurring deliveries is easier than ever. You’ll also continue to save 5% on every order, small savings that add up over time! We already strive to keep our prices fair, but through subscriptions, you can get even better value on the food your dog loves.

We appreciate your patience during the brief downtime while we made this transition, and we hope you’ll agree that it was worth it! The new system is simple, user-friendly, and makes managing your subscription a breeze.

And there’s more to come! We’re working on rolling out a build-a-box feature, allowing you to create a completely customised package with all your dog’s favourite goodies, including treats, wet and dry food, and supplements, all in one convenient delivery!
